A Kansas City man arrested in Linn County on charges of alleged forgery, tampering with a vehicle, and possession of forging instruments, and who’s case was changed to Sullivan County made a court appearance Thursday for plea and trial setting.
Judge Terry A Tschannen set the Tyler McFarland case for a Jury Trial May 14th, with a pre-trial conference on April 3rd.
