A Des Moines man was arrested in Daviess County Saturday morning. State Troopers arrested 30-year-old Martin Garcia of Des Moines at about 8:10 am for alleged speeding, no valid license, and on a 2020 Clark County, MO warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged no valid license. Bond on the warrant is $250.
