Troopers Arrest Dover Man In Carroll County

A Dover, MO man was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Wednesday.  Forty-year-old Adam M Clouse was arrested for alleged DWI, speeding, a headlight violation, no license plate light and no seatbelt.  He was processed and released.
