An Independence man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Thursday morning. Troopers arrested 33-year-old Jacob L. Vahle for alleged Fleeing and 2 counts of tampering. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
He has since been charged in Caldwell County Court with alleged Stealing – $750 or more and resisting or interfering with an arrest. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only.
