One arrest in the area counties was reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Daviess County on Thursday.
At about 8:50 am, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Valeria E. Ibarra of Kansas City, KS, for alleged speeding and on a warrant from Platte County. She is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
