Three arrests in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol on Monday.
At about 8:25 am in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 57-year-old Abel Adolfo Sebastian of Kansas City for alleged DWI – Failure to maintain the right lane, and no valid license. He remains in custody on a 24-hour hold and on an ICE Detainer. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
At about 9:30 am in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Bricen L. Francis of Bethany for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. He was taken to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
Just before 6:00 pm, Troopers in Dekalb County arrested 34-year-old Lindsey F. Vanderhoof of Cameron on a Buchanan County warrant for alleged probation violation. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
