State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties on Friday.
At about 3:45 am in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 56-year-old Stephen C. Nowlin of Bunker Hill, IL, for alleged possession of a controlled substance – Oxycodone and a Medina County, Ohio, warrant for alleged child neglect. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
In Daviess County at about 4:45 pm, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Ashley Casaretto and 42-year-old Crystal D. Tanner, both of Jamesport. Both are charged with alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Casaretto is also charged with alleged speeding. They were taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
