Two arrests in the overnight hours are reported in the area counties by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Friday at about 10:33 pm, Troopers in Linn County arrested 41-year-old Nicholas A. Shipley of Chillicothe for alleged no seatbelt and on a Livingston County warrant for alleged non-support. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
In Chariton County at about 1:25 am today, Troopers arrested 24-year-old Jackson E. Bryan of Brookfield for alleged DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was processed and released.
