A Green City man was arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County early Saturday morning. At about 1:00 am, 29-year-old Jacob D Hubbard was arrested for alleged DWI with drugs, no insurance, and no seatbelt. He was processed at the Sullivan County Jail and later released.
