Troopers Report Four Arrests In Local Counties

Four arrests by the Missouri Highway Patrol in the local counties are reported for Friday.

At about 11:56 am in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 60-year-old Harvey N. Osborn of Hamilton on a Kentucky fugitive warrant for alleged non-support.  He is held with no bond allowed.

At about 8:05 pm in Linn County, Troopers arrested 42-year-old Donald J. Herrington of Bucklin for alleged DWI, Careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and resisting arrest.  He was not injured and was taken to the Brookfield Police Department, processed, and released.

At about 10:47 pm in Linn County, Troopers arrested 39-year-old Mark E. Wegmann of Weldon Springs for alleged DWI – Aggravated offender, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.  He was processed and released.

At about 10:55 pm in Daviess County, 39-year-old John K. Bohannon of Jameson was arrested by Troopers for alleged DWI, no insurance, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.  He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
