State Troopers report two arrests for the local area.
Tuesday at about 11:40 am in Jackson County, 30-year-old Kaitlin A. Parker of Polo was arrested for alleged tampering with a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and forgery. She was taken to the Clay County Jail.
Early Wednesday morning, at about 12:20 am, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 26-year-old Tiwan A Rowell, Jr. of Evergreen, IL, for alleged DWI and speeding. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
