Two arrests in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
At about 1:07 pm in Caldwell County, troopers arrested 41-year-old Jacob K. McFerrin of St. Joseph on two Liberty warrants for traffic offenses. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
At about 4:00 pm in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 30-year-old Santos R. Cazares of Green City for alleged DWI – persistent offender, and driving while revoked. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
