Two appointments to fill openings on the Chillicothe Historic Preservation Commission were presented to the Chillicothe City Council for approval at Monday’s Council session. Mayor Theresa Kelly asked the council to approve Melody Smith and Stephani Prather to fill the openings. Both were approved unanimously.
