Two women who were arrested in St. Charles County on Livingston County charges of alleged attempting to distribute a controlled substance at a protected facility have been booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Thirty-two-year-old Megan Marie Hupp of Moscow Mills and thirty-four-year-old Sarah Nichole Sohaib of Wentzville are held with no bond allowed pending their initial appearance on Wednesday before Judge Michael Leamer in Associate Court.
