Two Cases Moved To Circuit Court

Area courts recently certified cases to be moved to the Circuit Courts in their county.

 

In Livingston County, Jermond L. Lewis of Kansas City appeared before Judge Leamer and waived the preliminary hearing on charges of Possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, resisting or interfering with an arrest, DWI, no valid license, and no valid plates.  The case was moved to Livingston County Circuit Court, with an arraignment set for today before Judge Ryan Horsman.

 

In Daviess County, Joshua L. Baker of Pattonsburg appeared before Judge Dixon and waived the preliminary hearing on charges of alleged endangering the welfare of a child, abuse or neglect of a child, and domestic assault.  The case was moved to Daviess County Circuit Court, with arraignment scheduled for September 3rd before Judge Daren Adkins.
