Two Sargents in the Chillicothe Police Department earned the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association Trilogy Award. Sergeants Jeremiah Grider and Curtis Hays completed the program designed to advance the science and art of law enforcement leadership and promote the exchange of information to improve law enforcement management practice, through training, education, and networking among police professionals.
