A woman charged with Domestic Assault from an incident in July of 2023 pled guilty in Livingston County Circuit Court. Twenty-nine-year-old Rachel Marie Jones was originally charged with three counts of alleged abuse or neglect of a child. In the Plea Hearing, she pled guilty to the domestic assault charge, and other charges were dropped.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 11th. She remains in custody.
Twenty-five-year-old Sara Elizabeth Eller of Chillicothe will be sentenced for endangering the welfare of a child, following a guilty plea in Livingston County Circuit Court. Eller pled guilty to one count and two other counts were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for July 11th.
