Livingston County has two men held at the Caldwell County Detention Center on writs to appear.
48-year-old Lee Alvin Hines of Avalon is currently held in prison for delivery of a controlled substance. He is serving a 10-year sentence. A probation violation hearing will be held on Thursday in Livingston County Circuit Court..
41-year-old Steven Tyler Kimbrough of Chillicothe is facing charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently held in prison on other charges. His arraignment will be held on Thursday in Livingston County Circuit Court.
They will both be returned to prison following their court appearances.
