Two In Livingston County Custody On Writ To Appear In Court

Two men with court appearances in Livingston County are in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center.  The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report:

55-year-old Charles Edward Kirch of Pattonsburg has three cases that will be heard in Livingston County Circuit Court, on charges that include alleged Burglary and Harassment; Property Damage; and Driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance.   Kirch was transferred from the Moberly Corrections Center for the court appearance.

39-year-old Ronald David Hines of Hale is scheduled to appear for sentencing after he pled guilty to charges of Possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.  Hines was transferred from the Missouri Department of Corrections for the court appearance and will be returned following the case.
