A Mooresville man charged with alleged rape and statutory rape will be in Livingston County Court on November 13th for a preliminary hearing. Gabriel Lynn Carter will be in associate court before Judge Michael Leamer.
A Chillicothe man charged with alleged assault, disarming a peace officer, and resisting arrest, Derrick Ray Hill, has a preliminary hearing on Wednesday before Judge Leamer.
