Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren is the new Sullivan County Associate Circuit Judge. Governor Mike Kehoe made the appointment to fill the opening following the recent passing of Judge Tracey Mason-White.
Warren says he will start his new position soon.
As soon as he can be sworn in.
He explains what this means for the Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney’s position.
Duties will be handled by other prosecutors in the Circuit.
Warren says Circuit Judge Ryan Horsman will appoint a replacement until the Governor makes an appointment, if he chooses to appoint someone to the position.
