The Waterfowl Hunting program at Swan Lake National Wildlife Refuge has been suspended. Refuge Manager Steve Whitson says there are two reasons for the change. One of those is the restoration project in conjunction with the Roy Blunt Reservoir. He says the other is manpower.
Whitson says this is not expected to be permanent.
The other hunting programs at Swan Lake will continue without interruption.
