A rural Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Saturday by Chillicothe Police Officers. Twenty-five-year-old Jordan Daniel Wells was booked into the jail at about 12:45 am Saturday for alleged Possession of a controlled substance. His bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
Sunday, State Troopers in Grundy County arrested 24-year-old James P. Haight of Chillicothe on Linn and Livingston County warrants, including a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. He is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only. He also is wanted on a Linn County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a charge of alleged resisting. Bond is set at $275 cash only.
Sunday, Livingston County Deputies arrested and booked 25-year-old Trenton Lee Merriman of Warsaw, MO on a Probation violation warrant from a conviction for Delivery of a controlled substance in 2022. Merriman is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
