A Wheeling man has two cases in Livingston County Associate Court on Tuesday. Skyler Ray Tipton was charged in June of 2024 with alleged two counts of forgery and one count of stealing. In December of 2024, Tipton was charged with another count of alleged stealing.
Tuesday, Tipton will be in Livingston County Associate Court, at 2:30 pm before Judge Michael Leamer for Preliminary Hearings in each case.
