Wild Bobcat Kittens

While wildlife babies may look cute and vulnerable, when they appear abandoned, that may not be the case.  Megan Joan Hall from Livingston County Wildlife Rehabilitation says they recently learned someone may have come into possession of 2 bobcat kittens in or near Linneus.  Hall says these kittens need to have the proper care to survive.

Require a special diet and care.

Hall says these kittens will not make good pets and will become dangerous.

She says if you have these kittens, you can contact her at 818-404-7845, or contact another licensed wildlife rehabilitator.

If you do come across wildlife that appears to be abandoned or in need of assistance, it is best to leave them be contact the MDC or a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
