The Winter Weather advisory for today has been expanded to include all of North Missouri and will continue until 6:00 this evening.
Light mist, drizzle, and patchy fog this morning could turn to light freezing rain, with ice accumulation of up to 1/10th of an in possible. This could result in slick roads, bridges, and sidewalks. Chances of precipitation will increase throughout the day and temperatures will slowly climb to about 36 degrees this afternoon.
Use caution when walking on untreated surfaces and driving on area roads. Allow extra time and extra stopping distance.
