An Illinois woman, 33-year-old Brandy L Trenton of Quincy is held at the Harrison County Jail following her arrest by Livingston County Deputies on Friday as a fugitive from out of state on a charge of alleged theft. The extradition hearing is scheduled for Tuesday morning
