The Chillicothe Lady Hornets competed with a solid performance at the 2025 St Joe Central Invitational, carding a team score of 418 against a deep and competitive field.
Harper Horsman led Chillicothe with a 93, followed by Gracelynn Barnett at 97. Ava Lance added a 112, and Emmie Brobst rounded out the scoring with a 116 to give the Hornets their 418 total.
In the team standings, Liberty claimed top honors with a 350, followed by Maryville (393), Chillicothe (418), Savannah (435), Platte County (459), Central (488), Excelsior Springs (509), and Bishop LeBlond (594).
The Hornets’ third-place finish highlighted a balanced lineup, with Horsman and Barnett setting the pace at the top and Lance and Brobst providing the depth to secure Chillicothe’s spot in the standings.
Chillicothe will look to build on the strong showing as they continue their 2025 campaign.
