Chillicothe Girls Wrestling Defeats Trenton, 24–12

The Chillicothe girls wrestling team earned a home dual victory over Trenton on Tuesday, winning 24–12.

Chillicothe picked up early points at 105 pounds as Riley Jones received a forfeit. Momentum continued at 110, where Hadley Ramsey secured a quick fall over Emma Lowrey in 28 seconds. At 120, Sophie Hurtgen added to the lead with a forfeit win.

Trenton answered at 130, with Trinity Fults earning a forfeit, and at 135, where Timberlon Hignutt pinned Kamri Pearson in 2:22 to account for all of the Bulldogs’ team points.

Chillicothe closed the scoring at 155 pounds behind a forfeit win from Daivy Creason. Multiple weights throughout the dual were decided by double forfeits.
