The Chillicothe Hornets golf team had a strong showing at the Savage Invitational in Savannah, placing 2nd amongst the twelve teams.
Chillicothe’s Jameson Marshall placed third individually, shooting a personal best 76, just five over par. Case Stretch and Nick Radcliff both added 85 stroke rounds for the Hornets and Langsten Johnson completed the team score with a 96.
Chillicothe’s 329 was 15 strokes behind Boonville for first place. Boonville’s Zack Espey won the tournament with a 68.
