The Chillicothe Lady Hornets wrestling team was defeated by Cameron 48-30 on Wednesday. The Lady Hornets got points from Riley Jones, Yoo Jung Lee, Caiden Depee, Celia Quintero, and Tori Stoner.
The boys wrestling team had three matches on the day, against Cameron, Odessa and Center. The Hornets were bested by Cameron 71-12, and 63-18 against Odessa, but did defeat Center 65-18. Marshall Boon won his match against all three opponents, while Tucker Slattery and Carter Shipers each won twice. Karsin Lent, Bo Smith, Martin Moore Brody Hollifield, Henry Hurtgen, Eli Hall, Isaiah Meyers, Coy Jones and James Hail all registered points for the Hornets during the meet.
