The Chillicothe Lady Hornets finished fourth Saturday at the Chilli Volleyball Tournament, going 2-1 in pool play before dropping two matches in bracket play.
Chillicothe opened pool play with a 2-0 victory over Carrollton, winning 29-27 and 27-25. The Lady Hornets then fell to St. Paul Concordia 2-0 (19-25, 18-25) before closing pool play with a 2-0 win over Excelsior Springs (25-18, 25-22).
In bracket play, Chillicothe faced Bishop LeBlond in the semi-finals, falling 2-0 (16-25, 15-25).
The Lady Hornets then met St. Paul Concordia again in the third-place match, falling 2-1. Chillicothe won the opening set 25-19, dropped the second 22-25 and fell 21-25 in the deciding set.
Chillicothe finished the tournament with two wins and three losses.
