Lady Hornets Softball Rolls Past Blair Oaks

The Chillicothe Lady Hornets picked up an impressive road win Thursday night, defeating Blair Oaks 11-1 in seven innings.

Chillicothe’s offense was consistent throughout the game, producing 15 hits and scoring in each of the first three innings. Landry Marsh led the way, going 3-for-4 with four RBIs and two runs scored. Maicee Albrecht contributed with two RBIs and a double, while Ashlynn Daugherty added three hits, including a double.

Hope Donoho collected three hits and scored three times, and Maddie Robinson went 3-for-4 with an RBI.

In the circle, Marsh dominated, throwing six strong innings while allowing just one run on five hits and striking out 10. Jordan Foster closed the game with a scoreless seventh inning.

With the victory, the Lady Hornets improved to 22-7 on the season.
