2025 Livingston County 4H & FFA Fair – New Demonstration and First King

There is a new activity and a first for the Livingston County Fair this year.  Fair Board President Jennifer Horton says the fair will officially kick off Sunday.  At 5:00 pm will be awards presentations for shooting sports activities.  Horton says there is a change in the Royalty coronations, as this will be the first year for a Fair King.

Had the opening for a King, but this is the first year with a king candidate.

Horton says they’ve added a demonstration on Wednesday.

As there are birds that will be on the grounds during the fair, Horton says they checked on limitations due to Avian Influenza.

They checked with the State Veterinarian, and they are good to go for the fair.

4H and FFA members will be at the fairgrounds on Saturday as they set up the stalls and show rings in preparation for the fair to begin on Sunday.
