A Blue Springs man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Wednesday. At about 10:33 am, Troopers arrested 60-year-old Stephen Neil for alleged DWI – No Valid License, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway – resulting in a crash. Neil was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
