A Kidder man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a warrant for alleged failure to register as a sex offender. Isaac Bradley Conkling was arrested on the warrant on Tuesday. A bond reduction hearing was held on Thursday, and Conkling’s bond was reduced from $25,000 to $10,000 cash only. A hearing is set for June 4th.
