A Chillicothe man facing charges that include alleged Rape was in Livingston County Court on Wednesday for a Preliminary hearing. Forty-eight-year-old Aaron Matthew Anderson was arrested in July a warrant for alleged Rape or attempted rape, Statutory rape, 1st degree Sodomy or attempted sodomy, 2nd degree sodomy, use of a child in a sexual performance, and patronizing prostitution with a person older than 14 and under 18 years old.
On a motion by Anderson’s attorney, the preliminary hearing is continued to October 27th.
