Chillicothe Police Report for Wednesday, August 20th

Chillicothe Police officers were busy Wednesday, handling 84 calls for service.

At 11:08 in the morning, officers responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash on private property in the 100 block of West Business 36 Highway. The drivers exchanged information and no report was taken.

Later in the day, officers cleared debris from the roadway at North Washington and Apache Drive, and the Animal Control Officer and police handled two separate calls for bats inside residences — one on Third Street at 4:15 p.m. and another on Springhill Street just after 9:30.

Along with those calls, officers also conducted traffic stops and business checks throughout the day.
