The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Jackson County woman Wednesday night in Ray County.
Troopers arrested 54-year-old Sara E. Soto of Independence at 9:22 pm for alleged Driving While Intoxicated, speeding, and failure to secure a child under the age of 16.
Soto was charged and released from custody.
