A Hamilton woman was arrested by Hamilton Police Officers on a Livingston County warrant for alleged endangering the welfare of a child, for an incident that is alleged to have occurred in January in the 600 block of Walnut Street in Chillicothe. Thirty-four-year-old Charlotte Grace Stark was arrested and taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500, cash only.
