0The annual Free Antler Scoring Day for the North Missouri Sportsman’s Alliance (NMSA) is this Saturday, at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge. Steve Shoot from the North Missouri Sportsman’s Alliance says they will be providing certified Pope & Young and Boone & Crockett and Missouri Big Bucks scorers for area hunters.
Audio PlayerShoot says they hope all of the deer racks can be scored, but if we get overwhelmed with numbers the scoring will end around 4 pm. He says you will be asked to provide some basic information on how the deer was taken, your name and address, and so on.
In addition to the Antler Scoring, Shoot says the NMSA and the Missouri Department of Conservation will be on hand.
Audio PlayerMembers of the Chillicothe High School Hunting & Fishing Club will also be on hand to assist the scorers throughout the day. Free refreshments will also be provided throughout the day.
