The successful bid was for $119,750. It included buying the old equipment for $38,500 and fix another piece of equipment free of charge, saving the city $16,000.
Most of the remainder of the cost would be paid for from a $66,000 sale of land in the industrial park to Chillicothe Development Incorporated.
