A Kansas City woman was arrested in Sullivan County Saturday night. State Troopers arrested 30-year-old Adhieu Telar at about 10:00 pm for alleged DWI, no valid drivers license, failing to drive on the right half of the road and no turn signal. She was taken to the Sullivan County Jail and later released.
