A Dalton Missouri man was arrested by State Troopers in Chariton County Tuesday.  Sixty-two-year-old Elmer Tatum was arrested at about 10:15 am for alleged possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and no seatbelt.  He was processed at the Chariton County Jail and released.
