A Chillicothe woman sentenced to five years of probation for possession of a controlled substance made a court appearance on a probation violation. Sixty-year-old Rebecca Kay Bakker was sentenced to continue the probation and complete a CODS program. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
