The Chillicothe Municipal Election on April 2nd includes three candidates for the 3rd Ward seat on the council. We’ve already heard from Michael Smith and today KCHI talks with Buell Applebury. Applebury talked about why he is seeking to be the 3rd Ward Councilman.
Applebury talked about his goals if elected.
He also talked about himself as a candidate.
KCHI contacted all three candidates for the third ward Chillicothe City Council seat, including John E Plaster, Jr. Plaster chose not to do an interview.
The April 2nd election includes the Chillicothe R-II School District’s proposed 80 cent operations tax levy. KCHI talked with Chillicothe R-II School District Superintendent Dr Roger Barnes proposed levy and we will have that information for you beginning Monday.
