The Chillicothe Police report for Sunday included 64 calls for service.
At 5:00 am, officers responded to Hedrick Medical Center Emergency Department in reference to an agitated patient.
8:30 am, Officers investigated trespassing in the 1600 block of Fair St. The person was located about 4 hours later and was arrested for alleged trespass, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
11:05 am, animal abuse/neglect was reported in the 1700 block of Jennings Place.
7:05 pm, A report of a 4-wheeler traveling at an excessive rate of speed and carrying two juvenile passengers near Walnut and Ann Street was investigated. Officers located the 4-wheeler a short time later and advised the driver of the complaint and that passengers are not permitted on a 4-wheeler.
7:20 pm, Officers responded to a report of a person laying in the street near Bryan and Locust. They found a man had fallen and had minor injuries. The man was taken to Hedrick Medical Center by EMS.
9:40 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of stealing in the 500 block of Jackson Street.
11:55 pm, Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Mansur Street. The incident was reported to be verbal and no arrests were made.
