A Chillicothe man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Dekalb county.
The Patrol reports 21 year old Andrew Gingerich was arrested Thursday night for alleged careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash and driving while intoxicated.
He was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12- hour hold.

She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
62 year old Gregory Dana of St Joseph was arrested in Caldwell County on a Washington County Felony Warrant for traffic offense, Felony driving while revoked or suspended, Felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana, felony possession of a firearm, Felony delivery or possess a controlled substance at county jail, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to register out of state motor vehicle when Missouri resident.
35 year old Shawn Ahrens of Moberly was arrested in Livingston County on a misdemeanor warrant from Carroll County.
27 year old Vontashia Harris of Kansas City was arrested in Caldwell County on a Misdemeanor Ray County Warrant.
30 year old Christopher Haun of Raytown was arrested in Livingston County for tampering with a motor vehicle
46 year old Hazel Miller of Platte City was arrested in Livingston County for tampering with a motor vehicle.
57 year old Ricky Pauley of Milan was arrested in Sullivan County for felony possession of a controlled substance – suboxone and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
