State troopers report arrests of two area residents Monday.
At 7:50 am in Dekalb County, troopers arrested 32-year-old Melissa Harper of Hamilton for alleged possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no insurance. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
At 5:40 pm, Troopers in Clinton County arrested 28-year-old Kacey Farr of Breckenridge on a Caldwell County warrant for alleged failure to appear for a speeding charge. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
