A fugitive investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department resulted in a couple of arrests. Sheriff Steve Cox says on October 8th, leads took them to the 200 block of Gale Street where they arrested 21-year-old Kennadie Nicole Stottlemyre of Chillicothe on a warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. They also arrested 29-year-old Alicia Marie Laws on a probation violation warrant. They were both taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
A man at the home gave identification of a person that had no warrants, but deputies found he gave a false ID and they received a search warrant and returned to the home and arrested 34-year-old Michael Alan Holtzclaw on the warrant. He was also on parole and will be returned to the department of corrections. He may also face additional charges.
